I chose to do 3 after school sessions. This assignment helped me reflect and learn how to create a meaningful professional development on digital learning. Artifact #1 Title: Walk Through Feedback Form Link:  https://goo.gl/forms/asQUBzsMwJKhz3RC3 This assignment was a great way to help educators understand how a walkthrough can benefit both the observer and observee. A walk through should be a way for educators to get a better understanding of what teachers are working on in the classroom and it should not be a pressure situation. We all have different things we bring to the table and we all want to help our students by providing appropriate supports and make learning relevant. Teaching is not a 1 person job it truly takes each individual collaborating together in order to better serve the students. This walk through form helps educators undersatnd if they have a focus of technology in the classroom, if it is purposeful, and how involved their lesson is. Introductory Post

My name is Kevin and I am a Special Educator. I graduated from Northern Illinois University and currently am getting my master in Educational Technology at St. Francis University in Joliet, Illinois. Throughout my career I have taught self-contained students with social and emotional disabilities, co-taught in a junior level english class, and I am not currently teaching a self contained functional/life skills classroom.  I am currently engaged and set to get married in November of 2019. Being an uncle of 8 and 1 of 9 children I believe family is one of the most important things in life. I have two dogs, Simba and Rafiki.
