The purpose of this assignment was to design the best way to create professional learning surrounding digital learning. I chose to do 3 after school sessions.
This assignment helped me reflect and learn how to create a meaningful professional development on digital learning. I took an approach on how to help educators make learning more engaging and how you can use technology as a platform to record data for comprehension (assessments) and fun for the students. Throughout my educational career I have sat in a lot of professional development meetings thinking to myself "this is a waste of my time". This assignment helped me reflect on if I was to design/run a professional development what would I like to incorporate and how can I make it more engaging for the people attending. I took it as teaching a class. Teach your professional development's as you would a math lesson.
